• Custom collaborative items require 7-14 business days for design consultation and creation
• Processing begins after design approval via email or Facebook video chat
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - please contact us to discuss

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days within the US
• Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days (available for additional cost)

Custom Item Policy:

• All custom collaborative bracelets are made-to-order based on your specifications
• Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final
• We are not responsible for design changes requested after production begins

Shipping Responsibility:

• Beulah Mae Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues
